A California native with over 15 years immersed in skincare and beauty and nearly a decade of hands-on experience in esthetics and medical aesthetics. Her passion has always been helping people feel confident, comfortable, and radiant in their own skin through personalized, results-driven care. Her goal is always to create an experience where clients feel cared for, confident, and naturally beautiful.

A Texas native with over 17 years of healthcare experience and a strong foundation in critical care nursing, Alonso brings a level of precision, safety, and clinical artistry that defines the Ember experience. His philosophy centers around sophisticated, natural-looking enhancements designed to elevate confidence while preserving individuality.

Dr. Asim Merchant, MD, CAQSM

Medical Director

Dr. Asim Merchant is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and holds a certificate of added qualification in Sports Medicine with over a decade of clinical experience, serving as the Medical Director of Ember Aesthetics. His extensive medical expertise ensures that every aesthetic treatment is performed with the highest standards of safety, precision, and care. Dr. Merchant’s interest in anti-aging and wellness stems from years of caring for patients seeking surgical rejuvenation or treatments related to the natural aging process, which led him to specialize in evidence-based, non-surgical aesthetic therapies. Passionate about blending medical science with the art of aesthetics, he focuses on delivering natural, refined results that enhance beauty while preserving each patient’s individuality. Prior to relocating to Texas, Dr. Merchant served as a team physician for the Florida Gators. Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
